The celebration of the Professor of our University Elizaveta Kutibaeva’s 60-th anniversary

On November 21, 2017 at the conference – hall of our University there was a solemn event devoted to the Honoured Scientist of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Member of the Constitutional Supervision Committee of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Doctor of Juridical Sciences, Professor Elizaveta Kutibaeva’s 60-th anniversary. The meeting was opened and held by the Vice – Rector for Scientific Affairs of our University Marat Tagaev. Then, Doctor of Juridical Sciences, Professor Karligash Umarova had a speech, in which she told about Elizaveta Kutibaeva’s life and her scientific – pedagogical work.
The Head of the Committee of the Zhokargy Kenges (the Supreme Council) of the Republic of Karakalpakstan D.Kurbanyazov, the Rector of the Institute of Retraining and Professional Development of Pedagogues of the Republic of Karakalpakstan B.Nurabullaev, the Director of the Nukus Branch of the Tashkent State Pediatric Medical Institute O.Atanyazova and others had speeches and congratulated Elizaveta Kutibaeva on her birthday.



Elizaveta Kutibaeva, who was one of the first specialists who got the education at the Law Department of our University, now she teaches students there. In 1985 she defended her Candidate’s dissertation and in 1999 she defended her Doctorate dissertation. During her 38 years of scientific – pedagogical experience more than 15 textbooks and educational manuals have been published. For these works Elizaveta Kutibaeva was awarded with honourable titles «The Foremost Scholar of Public Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan» and «The Honoured Scientist of the Republic of Karakalpakstan».
On behalf of our University staff we sincerely congratulate Elizaveta Kutibaeva on this anniversary and wish success in her honoured and hard work of upbringing our youth.
